We are currently looking for an experienced Business Data Analyst to join a global, cross-functional team delivering data-driven solutions within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. 

This is a unique opportunity to work on strategic initiatives focused on data governanceconsent management, compliance, and digital transformation in a highly regulated environment. 
You will collaborate with business stakeholders, data teams, and technology expertshelping shape solutions that support clinical and research-related processes where data qualitytraceability, and regulatory compliance are critical.

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

Business Analysis experience:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Data Analyst
  • Proven experience working in complexintegrated environments involving multiple systems and stakeholder
  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologiestechniques, and best practices;
  • Experience gatheringanalyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements;
  • Experience with process modellingbacklog management, and stakeholder engagement;
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile environments (ScrumKanban);
  • Practical experience using JIRA and Confluence;
  • Solid knowledge of UML and BPMN modelling techniques.

Data & Analytics background:

  • Experience working with data-related solutions and end-to-end data processes
  • Understanding of data governance, data quality, data lifecycle management, and reporting environments; 

Practical experience with: 

  • Power BI (advanced level)
  • Snowflake
  • SQL and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau)
  • VBA
  • Experience supporting reporting, analytics, or business intelligence initiative

Regulatory & domain knowledge:

  • Experience working in regulated environments (GxPcompliancegovernancehealthcare, life sciencesfinance, etc.);
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements related to data management, auditability, and traceability;
  • Ability to operate within environments requiring strong documentationgovernance, and quality standards. 

Additionally, we appreciate:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnologyhealthcareor life sciences organizations;
  • Understanding of clinical trial planningexecution, and analysis processes;
  • Experience with consent management, data privacyor GDPR-related initiatives;
  • Familiarity with User-Centred Design, Design Thinking, UX/UI conceptsor business process design;
  • Basic Python knowledge;
  • Technical or business-related degree. 

In this role, you will: 

  • Gatheranalyzevalidate, and document business and functional requirements;
  • Translate business needs into user storiesacceptance criteriaprocess flows, and functional specifications;
  • Analyze, model, and optimize end-to-end business processes and data flows;
  • Facilitate workshopsdiscovery sessions, and requirements-gathering activities with global stakeholders;
  • Support initiatives related to data governance, data quality, master data management, and consent management;
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Data EngineersArchitects, and Development Teams;
  • Contribute to data-driven decision-making through reporting and analytics solutions;
  • Ensure compliance with GxP requirementsinternal governance standards, and regulatory frameworks;
  • Support digital transformation initiatives across global business units.

The project supports initiatives within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector, including clinical and research-related environments. Candidates should feel comfortable working within organizations operating under strict regulatory and ethical frameworks applicable to the industry.
