We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Data/Business Analyst to join a global team delivering digital solutions for one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Business Analysis, Laboratory Informatics, Scientific Data, Enterprise Data Platforms, and Digital Transformation, supporting modern R&D, laboratory, and clinical research environments.
We offer a choice of employment form:
B2B contract 120–150 PLN net/hour + VAT
You might be the perfect match if you have:
Business Analysis:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst
Proven experience in complex enterprise environments involving multiple
systems and stakeholders, supported by strong expertise in business analysis methodologies and requirements engineering, as well as hands-on experience in gathering, validating, and documenting business and functional requirements
Experience supporting Business Intelligence, reporting or analytics initiatives
Familiarity with Design Thinking, User-Centred Design or UX concepts-
Practical experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
Good knowledge of UML / BPMN
Laboratory Informatics & Life Sciences:
Previous experience working within Life Sciences, Laboratory IT, R&D IT, Pharmaceutical or Scientific environments
Data & Technical Skills:
Experience working with enterprise data solutions and end-to-end data processes
Understanding of data governance, data quality and reporting environments
Practical knowledge of:
- SQL
- Power BI
- Snowflake
- Tableau
- VBA
- Python (nice to have)
Validation & Regulatory Knowledge:
Experience working within regulated environments for example GxP
Understanding of auditability, data integrity and regulatory compliance
In this role, you will:
Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements
Facilitate workshops and translate laboratory workflows into process models and user stories for IT solutions.
Support system configuration, UAT, validation and product improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring GxP compliance
Important project context:
This project supports global pharmaceutical research, laboratory operations and clinical development
initiatives.
Candidates should feel comfortable working within organisations operating under strict regulatory, quality and ethical frameworks. As part of pharmaceutical R&D, some business areas may support pre-clinical research activities conducted in accordance with international ethical standards and applicable regulations.
