Scaling support for oncology data science

Building tools for pathology image analysis
Our engineers supported the development of an internal portal designed to manage pathology image data for AI/ML model training. The portal enables researchers to upload labelled pathology images, apply machine learning models for image segmentation, and聽visualise聽results as overlays on the original images.聽
Beyond platform functionality, the team introduced AI-assisted engineering practices. Large Language Models (LLMs), including Amazon Bedrock and聽OpenCode, were used to generate code change suggestions, while GitHub Copilot supported the review process through automated checks. Together, these tools streamlined development and improved code quality.聽
