fLAT rATE

Often chosen for projects with steady delivery needs and long-term team engagement.
This model works best when long-term collaboration, team integration, and low variability are key to successful delivery. Flat Rate model provides predictable costs and operational stability.

You collaborate with a dedicated team, with a fixed monthly cost per team member – enabling budget control and simplified planning. While you stay in control of priorities and scope, we manage the team’s day-to-day operations, ensure continuity, and track performance.
