Secure publication platform for genomic research 

To support secure and compliant publishing of scientific research, our team developed a lightweight, serverless platform for the client’s genomic research division. Designed to facilitate the publication of static content such as whitepapers, datasets, and research findings, the solution minimises the risk of accidental or unauthorised data exposure. The platform introduces a clear workflow for content validation and publication, empowering researchers to share their work with the global scientific community confidently and securely. 

About the client 

Our client is a major pharmaceutical company conducting advanced genomic research to support innovation in drug development and clinical trials. Within its research ecosystem, specialised teams manage the publication of scientific findings, ensuring transparency, reproducibility, and regulatory compliance in all external communications. 

The challenge of streamlining scientific publishing with secure workflows 

The client needed a secure, scalable solution to manage the publication of static content that had been approved for external release. Traditional methods of content distribution were cumbersome, posed risks of unauthorised data exposure, and lacked efficient validation workflows. The goal was to build a lightweight platform that could handle various content types, support seamless integration with IAM systems, and maintain regulatory compliance while providing intuitive, role-based access for researchers.
