Despite this reputation, challenges such as disjointed data sources and non-searchable paper trails have hindered efficiency, particularly impacting local businesses. Uddevalla Municipality has embarked on a transformative partnership with Holisticon Insight (Nexer Insight) to confront these obstacles head-on.
CHALLENGE

Collaborating with Holisticon Insight (Nexer Insight), they crafted the “my pages” solution, simplifying navigation for business owners. Integration of an intelligent chatbot further enhanced user experience, addressing queries promptly.
